What went very well? Give some examples.
We started a new project this year. Our project "From printing to DVD carried out from 1997-2000” gave a big improvement to our school in ICT, we have access to internet since 1996 and it was because of the project. ICT is integrated as teaching tool in our school since 1996.At that time our students did hypertext, web pages,.... Our two last projects are about journalism we won the European Label 2003 with a newspaper

What was not so successful? Give examples.
Not all schools involved have the same level working and sometimes you have to push to carry things out. It was different in 1997. Our partners were very good and we had to move and try to do the best. In this new project we are just starting. Other schools are getting familiar with the tool eJournal.

What solutions were found to problems occurring in the activity?
It’s not a problem sometimes you learn from others and sometimes you have to teach the others, but anyway you always have something to learn

What difficulties were not solved during the duration of the activity?
When other school is not skilful with the use of ICT, you have harder work but at the end everybody tries to do the best

What kind of long term benefit and impact has the project had on learning activities?
Comenius project improve the learning of foreign languages and helps to integrate ICT in teaching and learning.

Has there been an impact on other projects, on the learning and teaching activities at school? Please describe.
Our school is well-known by its activities in innovative way. Last year we did a project and courses to teach teachers to use ICT in the classroom. We have participate as coordinators in a Comenius 2 project,... We got several prizes in ICT (Spring Day Galicia, Siega,... )

How did it change your practice in your school?
A lot our students exchange e-mails since 1997 and use the computer as a pencil. The methodology and the way of teaching also has changed. We do lesson plans, webquests, newspapers online, tales with interactive activities,....

What advice would you give to other teachers who would like to do a similar project?
Try to get all the school involved to use ICT. Communicate with your partners every week. Give your students the responsibility of the final product.
